The Risks of Being Ignorant in an Age of Easy Access to Information

Accessing information is now very easy. We say this all the time, but I don’t know how well we are aware of it.

Yes, information is easy to access, but why aren’t all people still sophisticated?

The first problem is the difficulty of making decisions. So at least it looks that way. The more options, the harder it is to make a decision. The value of the total information available is not appreciated. We overlook.

The second problem is time. There is so much content with information and not enough time to consume it.

That’s why we falter. While we are trying to decide on the best content in a short time, we do not know what to do with the abundant information at hand.

We need to be systematic and patient. Because we cannot access all the information. We must identify what we need and take it as food. In this way, I think we will already have more information than we should.
